Telehealth

1898832355Telehealth offers many conveniences.

Not everyone can or wants to receive in-person therapy. Telehealth is a great option and convenient for many people – young and old.

Sometimes people have trouble with transportation or have limited time available but want to continue therapy regularly. With telehealth, you don’t have to travel and can have therapy in the safety of your home, giving you an extraordinary opportunity for privacy.

Some clients have a difficult time leaving their homes. This problem can be a segue to overcoming phobias of leaving home. Therapy by telehealth can pave the way to overcoming many fears and help the person live life to the fullest.

Additionally, telehealth is very adaptive to schedules and allows busy people to work therapy into their lives. With telehealth, you can receive therapy anywhere in Texas or while traveling.

Here’s how telehealth works.

After completing qualifying training in 2021, I received certifications by Evergreen Certifications as a Telehealth Therapist.

I use ZOOM as my delivery method. When it is time to access your scheduled appointment, you will receive an invitation, allowing you access to the site. The site is HIPPA-compliant, thus providing confidentiality and secure interactions.

I suggest you find a private space free from interruption to ensure privacy. You also will need a device that is WiFi accessible and allows for visual interaction.

We also can share worksheets, books, writings, and exercises to enhance the therapeutic process.

I have used telehealth to help clients with trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, building the life of their dreams, business planning, and other presenting problems.

For most problems, telehealth is a proven form of therapy as effective as in-person therapy.

If you are interested in an alternative to in-person therapy, call today for a Telehealth Therapy appointment and receive a free 15–20-minute consultation.
